The Long Run

Run · Wednesday · easy · week 3 · started 16:40 · Harderwijk, Netherlands

I mostly ran by effort and could talk and whistle. I had plenty of energy for more and faster. My shins only felt about 2/10 when pressing afterward, not while walking. I rolled my ankle on a stone around 3.6 km but cautiously restarted and it didn't hurt. I enjoyed the strides, although 20 seconds felt short, and afterward I had trouble settling back to easy pace.
